The sad thing is, when I used to talk to VB on IM two years ago, I had some respect for her. I thought she was a bit of a mixed-up kid, unsure of herself, with attention junkie tendencies but with talent in there and something to offer the world. I don't really know OB from my left elbow. Maybe they can salvage this mess.

I'm reminded of an incident in a Yahoo! chat back I was in back in '98, where a girl faked that she was in a horrible car accident and was in a coma. One of the chatters, a nurse who knew Car Accident Girl's name and where she was from, called multiple hospitals asking if she was a patient there, she wanted to get some of us together, fly out and see her if possible, or at least send flowers and cards. Then she called Car Accident Girl's parents (since she thought there was a chance the hospitals weren't giving out info)and found out that Girl was alive and well and intact. CAG was exposed for fraud, we all were angry. What did CAG do in the end? She came into the chat the next day, publicly apologized and went into counseling. CAG instantly rose in our respect meter and we all moved past the mess and were friends again.

I don't know the whole story around this whole thing but from what i understand. These ppl are screwy. Yup. I don't understand why these ppl would do something like that and the pics, misterfrodo does look identical to victoriabitter. O.O

As soemone who started getting homosexual urges at 11 and a facintation with the whole S&M thing not long after i find that whole "teenagers are children" mentality particulalrly offensive. I'm not messed up, i've never been abused in any way and my parents had (and have) very healthy sexual attitudes, i was a normal kid who happened to go through puberty earlier than some people and got all the emotions that go with it, and i know i wasn't the only kid who got shit for not being enough like a child .... I mean sure people might object to soemthing like that on the grounds that the guy was below the legal age but a lwa like that is a law, red tape and paper. nothing to do with human reactions and therfore not one that it's immoral to go against in those circemstances. Some people should get off their high horse and stop thinking the're entitled to pass judgement about when somebody is old enough to have interests in such things. yeah, I've been reading nc-17 fanfic since I was 13 yrs old. (nobody b*tch at me, please, I'm 18 now). Obviously, kids will feel urges, and telling them not to will only cause trouble. I think that it is catagorically unhealthy for an adult to return that interest, which is why kiddie-porn is always wrong. However, this picture does not, in my opinion, fall into the kiddie-porn catagory. I admit that I didn't like it - I don't kink in the bruises-and-collar direction - but I think the body type is consistant with a young & skinny adult.
